As part of Museum Day at the Center for Creative Photography, Yixuan Lai presented a solo violin performance for museum visitors and community members.

The performance was designed to complement the museum environment by encouraging audiences to experience visual art and live music together. Through selections from the violin repertoire, visitors were invited to engage with the exhibition space in a new way, exploring connections between artistic expression, storytelling, memory, and interpretation across different art forms.

Hosted by the University of Arizona’s Center for Creative Photography, the event brought together museum visitors, students, and members of the local community for an interdisciplinary arts experience that connected music and visual culture.
